Will Pearce – Director

Will founded Orange Appointments in 2015 and has nearly 20 years’ recruitment experience, with over a decade specialising in fire safety and fire engineering.

This focused expertise has given Will a strong understanding of the market and an extensive network of industry contacts. As a result, he is able to open doors quickly for job seekers while helping clients attract, secure, and retain the right talent for their teams.

Jen Pearce – Director

Jen has been an integral part of Orange Appointments since the company began in 2015, working behind the scenes to support the business across a wide range of areas. Her role spans advertising, copywriting, and marketing — where she is also our in-house Canva expert — as well as finance, administration and IT support. 

Jen plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. From managing marketing campaigns and producing engaging content to overseeing operational and administrative processes helping Orange Appointments deliver a professional and reliable service.
