Are you an excellent people person capable of operationally leading a Specialisms team for a leading engineering consultancy?
This is a significant business cultural hire and you will need to be a leader of people, with excellent collaboration and communications skills. You will need to have significant experience of leading a team of senior professionals in an engineering consultancy setting and experience of business development strategy.
You may be from an HR, resource management or general operations background, but must have experience of general HR matters (recruitment, pay, reviews, CPD).
