Most recruitment companies make you wait half a year for a retail voucher. We pay guaranteed cash, and we split the pay-out so you get rewarded on their very first day at their new job.
How It Works: The Day 1 Cash Split
The moment your referred friend starts their new position, we trigger your reward. We don't make you wait for them to clear their probation before we thank you. We complete your reward after they complete their probation.
