Will is definitely someone who I would regard as a cut above the rest in terms of recruiting. He was very honest and open in terms of expectations and what work he potentially had available.

As a person he is very easy to get on with and talk to, he's a very helpful and welcoming person which is exactly what you want when you're working with someone to try and find a placement somewhere.
